Placing An Order

How do I place an order? 
Shop our art collections. Choose your artwork and then select your 1) size 2) material and 3) framing option. Add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart. When you are ready to proceed with the order - go to the cart and click "checkout". Then follow the checkout instructions.

What payment methods do you accept? 
We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, Google Pay, PayPal and Apple Pay.

What are the next steps after an order is placed? 
Once your order has been placed it will be added to our production queue. Standard lead time for orders under 10 prints is 5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for pick-up, delivery or shipping. 

Pickup + Delivery + Shipping

Do you offer local pickup at at your San Diego facility?
Yes! The fastest way to get your order is to select Free Local Pickup and your order will be ready within 5 business days. We will email you when your order is ready. We are centrally located in Kearny Mesa, San Diego. We are open Monday through Friday 9am - 5pm. San Diego Facility

Do you offer local delivery within San Diego?
Yes! We offer delivery service within a mile 40 mile radius of our 92111 San Diego facility for a flat rate of $20.00. Select Local Delivery and we will contact you when your order is ready to be delivered. All orders will be delivered within 5 business days. 

How long will it take for my order to be complete?
Your order will be ready for pickup or shipping within 5 business days from the date of purchase. Orders being delivered will arrive within 7 business days. Please note business days do not include Saturday and Sunday. 

Do you offer shipping? 
Yes, we offer shipping via FedEx ground within the continental United States. Pricing and shipping options can be found during the checkout process.  

How are your orders packaged?
We package our artwork in a sturdy shipping box or crate. For safe transit each product ships in it's own box. If you order multiple products you will receive multiple boxes. Bulk orders will ship best method of freight.

Will I receive tracking?
Yes, tracking will be emailed once your order is ready for shipping.

Do you ship international?
Currently we do not ship internationally.

Do you accept returns?
Each order is made just for you in the specifications of your choice. That means we are unable to accept returns. Don’t worry, you’re going to love it. We use high quality materials and take great pride in our work.

What if my order arrives damaged or in-correct?
If your artwork arrives damaged or in-correct in any way we'll make it right. We take special care in producing and packaging our orders to ensure a safe transit from us to you. In the unfortunate circumstances where an item arrives damaged or in-correct please notify us within 5 business days of receipt and once reviewed (we will require photos of packaging and product) we will help arrange replacement.

Do you offer discount codes?
We do offer discount codes from time to time. Promotional discount codes are applied during the checkout process. Discount codes are on an individual basis and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts. 

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Yes, quantity discounts for bulk orders will be applied during checkout as follows:
5 to 9 Pieces: 5% Off  (Use Code: QTY5-9SDAP)

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we offer E-Gift Cards in four price increments. 

How do the gift cards arrive?
They arrive via email immediately after purchase.

Do they expire?
No. They never expire and can be combined with discounts at the time of purchase.

Canvas Prints

How are your canvas prints made?
Each premium grade canvas is printed with archival inks on industry defined 10 color wide-format printers. We then UV coat the canvas for added protection before they are stretched.

Are your canvas prints shiny?
No. They do not refract any light and have a true gallery feel. They are printed on satin heavyweight 16mil poly/cotton canvas. 

How do you stretch your canvases?
Our framers expertly stretch each canvas around 1.5" deep sustainable pine stretcher frames. The image gallery wraps around the edge of the frame for added depth.

Can I order my canvas without a floater frame?
Yes, our default canvas print option is Gallery Wrapped (no floater frame). Your image will be stretched on our 1.5" deep stretcher frame with the image wrapped around the edge.

What are the details of the floater frame? 
We offer additional custom fit premium hardwood floater frames available in black, white, natural and dark wood. The handcrafted frame provides an added level of class and sophistication. The canvas "floats" in the frame with a 1/4" reveal between canvas and frame. Floater frame profile is 3/8" wide by 2" deep.

How do I hang my canvas once it arrives?
Your artwork arrives ready to hang with easy to use square sawtooth hangers and drywall hooks. In addition, we add two small bumpers to prevent the frame from rubbing against the wall.  Visit our Care + Hanging page for more info.

Framed Prints

How are your prints made?
Our fine art prints are produced on heavyweight matte paper using a 9 color archival ink system. All prints are made-to-order specifically for you.

What is the white border?
A white paper border runs around the edge of the artwork for an elevated look and feel. This traditional look is used by galleries to show work in a classical presentation which draws the eye inward to a central focus. Our Standard prints have a 2” border and our Medium, Large and Giant prints have a 3" border. 

If I don't want the white border can I select edge-to-edge?
Yes, during checkout note "edge-to-edge, no border" in the Special Instruction box and we will make your artwork without borders extending the artwork to the frame. This treatment draws the eye outward lending itself to more detailed works. 

What are the framing specifications?
Each print is permanently mounted to an acid-free foam core backer. The prints are custom fit with a premium hardwood frame available in black, white, natural and dark wood. The handcrafted frame is finished with glass and easy to use hanging hardware.  Giant size prints have plexiglass.
Frame profile: 1.25" wide by 1.25" deep

Aluminum Prints

How do you print on the aluminum?
We use a 5-color UV print process to print the artwork directly onto the aluminum substrate.  We leave out the white ink which allows the lighter areas in the artwork to take on the appearance of the brushed aluminum. The UV inks are vibrant and resist fading. 

What type of images look good on aluminum?
Ideal for compositions with a large amount of white or strong dark and light contrasts - The areas of the image that are white or light in color take on the appearance of the brushed aluminum surface. 

Tell me more about the aluminum prints. 
Our Aluminum Print design raises the bar in metal art presentation. The brushed aluminum is a modern surface that gives the artwork an extraordinary, metallic appearance. Each piece is finished with our premium hardwood frame available in black or white. This product stands out for aesthetic reasons, but the material is also extremely robust and durable. Suitable for bathrooms, kitchens and  fitness rooms. It's lightweight, eco-friendly, recyclable and made from recycled materials.

What type of aluminum do you use?
We use high grade brushed aluminum ACM panels. 

How do I hang my aluminum print once it arrives?

Wood Prints

How do you print on the wood?
We use a 5-color UV print process to print the artwork directly onto the wood substrate.  We leave out the white ink which allows the lighter areas in the artwork to take on the appearance of the natural wood. The inks are vibrant and resist fading. 

What type of images look good on wood?
The visible grain in our wood prints gives each piece of artwork a truly distinct look. Images with high contrast between the light and dark areas intensify the effect when the image is printed directly on wood. Ideal for compositions with a large amount of white or strong dark and light contrasts.

What type of wood do you use? 
We use 1/2" thick sustainable baltic birch plywood. The wood is formaldehyde -free and made in the USA.
